When you apply for a position through this Evolve Network recruitment portal, you provide your name, contact information, résumé, and the responses on your application. We collect these details to consider your application, communicate with you about recruitment, and administer hiring decisions.
Where applications are stored
Applications are stored on infrastructure operated for Evolve Network. Access is limited to authorized portal administrators. Résumés are not publicly accessible through the website.
How long data is retained
Information may be retained for the recruitment process and a reasonable period afterwards, subject to applicable legal obligations. We are establishing a formal retention schedule; do not submit information you do not want included in recruitment records.
